Highline Messaging Terms and Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 8, 2026
Last Updated: June 8, 2026
This page contains two parts. Part 1 covers our SMS and MMS text messaging program. Part 2 is our website Privacy Policy. Both apply to your use of www.playhighline.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Highline Volleyball LLC ("Highline," "we," "us," or "our").
Part 1: SMS and MMS Messaging Terms and Compliance
These Text Messaging Terms ("Messaging Terms") govern your participation in the Highline SMS and MMS messaging program (the "Program"). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these Messaging Terms. The Program is designed to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and A2P 10DLC carrier requirements.
1. Program Description
Highline operates a mixed program that may include two categories of messages:
Transactional and informational messages. Examples include tournament registration confirmations, court and schedule assignments, waitlist and bracket updates, class and clinic reminders, payment receipts, refund notices, and account or security notices. These relate directly to a transaction or relationship you have with us.
Promotional and marketing messages. Examples include tournament announcements, membership offers, league signups, and other promotions. We send these only to recipients who have separately provided express written consent to receive marketing texts.
You may consent to one category without consenting to the other. We track these consents separately.
2. Consent
By submitting your mobile number through a Highline signup form, checkout flow, account setting, or keyword opt-in, you agree to receive the category or categories of messages you selected. For marketing messages, your consent is express written consent under the TCPA.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can register for and use Highline services without agreeing to receive marketing texts.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity, registrations, and the events you follow. You may receive recurring messages.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Highline is not responsible for carrier charges. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Opting Out (Revoking Consent)
You can revoke your consent at any time. Reply STOP (or QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message to stop receiving that category of texts. After you opt out, we will send a single confirmation message acknowledging your request, and then we will stop sending messages of that type unless you opt back in.
You may also opt out by emailing info@playhighline.com. We honor opt-out requests received through any reasonable means. We process opt-outs promptly and no later than ten business days after receipt.
Opting out of one category (for example, marketing) does not necessarily stop the other category (for example, transactional account notices) unless you request to stop all messages.

7. Carriers and Privacy of Mobile Data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services, such as our SMS delivery provider, is permitted solely to operate the Program. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties for their own marketing.
We use trusted service providers to deliver messages and operate our platform. These providers are contractually bound to use your information only to provide services to Highline and to comply with applicable law.
8. Supported Carriers and Eligibility
The Program may not be compatible with all carriers or devices. You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from the account holder.
9. Changes
We may update these Messaging Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
